A tailor-made course developed exclusively for retailers and showroom staff, the HETAS Approved Retailer course will boost product knowledge and help employees provide customers with valuable advice on all aspects of solid fuels.

This one day course aims to ensure that approved retailers have adequately trained staff available for customers at all times, who can offer advice on appliances, maintenance, carbon monoxide safety, government regulations and fuels.

The majority of our courses run between 09:30 and 16:30 although attendees should aim to arrive at the Academy for registration at 09:00.
